Wheel Throwing for Two (Introductory Offer)

Ready to try your hand at wheel throwing with a friend? This workshop is for you.
 
Suitable for absolute beginners, this 2 hour session allows you to get your hands dirty on the potters wheel and create some of your very own unique pieces under Naomi’s guidance.
 
These sessions are designed for you to learn the basic techniques of wheel throwing in a relaxed, no pressure environment. At the end of the session, you will each choose 2 of your pieces that Naomi will glaze and fire for you that will then be ready to collect in 6-8 weeks. (If you wish to keep more than 2 of your pieces, any extra pots to be glazed and fired will be an extra £5 each that you can pay on the day.)
 
The workshop will be run from Naomi’s garden studio in Basford, Nottingham. If you’re an animal lover, you may also be joined by some dogs or chickens!

Things to note:
- Unfortunately the garden is not wheelchair accessible.
- Long nails are not suitable for wheel throwing, please trim them as short as you can beforehand.
- Not suitable for those with pacemakers.
- It can get messy so please wear something you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
