Unfortunately, I don’t accept returns of customised pieces. However if there is a problem with your order please do get in touch.
Shipping Information
Standard Royal Mail delivery for ready to ship pieces is 2-5 business days.
Made to order pieces will be made and shipped within 4 - 6 weeks.
Every piece is made from scratch intentionally and with love. It is a slow process that involves making time, drying time, glazing time and at least two kiln firings.
Care Instructions
Take care when hanging on the tree and packing up for next year :)
